“Customer service is clueless or mostly non...”
Customer service is clueless or mostly non-existent. They never answer the phone, but if you're lucky the rude lady might hang up the phone on you. If you buy a car and have a problem, you're on your own. I purchased a car and 4 months later, I have no title.
“did you think about sending them a FAX tel...”
did you think about sending them a FAX telling them you don't have your title... By the way.. They expect you to cal them or come in to get title after the initial 20-days... I went out of town - came back on Saturday - no titles that day - they don't keep them on premise. So I was told to call during business hrs - guess what - I get the FAX answering on both numbers - they ring at the same place... so I sent a Fax to remind them to MAIL me the Title as I has Prepaid the $25.00 for them to do that for me. The saga continues!
“Short and Simple - "DO NOT FALL in there t...”
Short and Simple - "DO NOT FALL in there trap" I have also suffered the pain of running behind this dealer for the title for almost 2 months. The rude lady on the phone was like a nightmare to talk to. Finally, I filed a complaint against them with the 'Consumer Law Office at Governer's Office, Atlanta' and thanks to them, I have finally got the title.
“These people are not to be trusted. I brou...”
These people are not to be trusted. I brought a 2009 vehicle from them. They refuse to mail the title, stating I must bring the title to them with the Bill of Sale first. These people have my information, there is no reason they cannot mail me the title. Secondly, after calling the DMV, I suspect the title is for a salvaged vehicle. This was not disclosed before or during the purchase. These folks will not get away with their bad business practices.
“These people need to be shut down. They n...”
These people need to be shut down. They need to be reported and investigated. I purchase a car from them and guess what three days later the motor went out. I know they tell as is when you buy a car from them, but come on three days. Ok cool move past that the car is a bust, now Im trying to get the title so I can sell the car so I can a little of the money I spent. They can't produce the title. They told me to give them a week the title should be in. A week has come and gone. Guess what no title. It has been at least a month and I still do not have my title. People please beware before you waste your time with these bottom feeder. I do not want no one else to be hurt by these people and hurts to. You taking a chance any way but for the out come to be this way (SMH). Buyer beware.
“me and my husband are familiar with auctio...”
me and my husband are familiar with auctions and this auction works pretty much like all of them. You cant expect that a "Used" car will be perfect and after that fact; they give you the time to inspect the vehicles. I buy many vehicles from this place from time to time and ,make a profit of of them. Never had a problem with the forest park location. conyers; different story. no one is never there. anyways. if u take the time to read the rules and understand how they work you would probably have better luck
“They sold me a car for one price when i ca...”
They sold me a car for one price when i called to get the tittle they said i still owed money and till i pay it i will get the tittle i have the bill of sale with the price and what i paid for and they want more money i got so mad i dismantled the car and sold it in parts.
“The auction is not a complete scam however...”
The auction is not a complete scam however it is a waste of you money. I purchased a car from them in Febrary its April and I still have not received the title for it therefore i have NOT been able to get a tag or put in necessary money into it because im afraid it stolen. This company WILL SELL YOU A STOLEN CAR!!!! They still dont have the title for my car so I have to take them to court to get my money back!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! Its not worth the STRESS and Annoyance they WILL take you through.. The Phones DO NOT WORK and they DO NOT ANSWER! Its a fax machine whenever they do answer on the other number they put u on hold then hang up. Once you call back you only get the fax machine! Its cool because they have no idea ill be sending FOX 5 NEWS TO INVESTIGATE THEM THIS WEEK!!!!!

Thanks for all your reviews. It has saved me the frustration for dealing with people that do not hold up their end of a bargain.

This company is a complete upright scam. I have waited the 30 days for my title and still have not received one. I wish I looked this page up before I had even went. Frustrated these reviews are 100% accurate please please please stay away from them! I have no car, no money, no title now.! What a waste. I am trying to access a refund now they make it difficult might have to get a lawyer BEWARE STAY AWAY!
“Thank you to every one that posted. I was...”
Thank you to every one that posted. I was waiting for a day of this coming month. I was looking to purchase a car here. So glad I googled the name. I will defiantely stay away now.
“These people came and burned my car cause ...”
These people came and burned my car cause i wanted my title. they drove the car away while it was on fire then backed up and broke the windows in my house and then drove off with the car still burning. They came back and blew up a car that wasnt even bought from them and stole the tires off of it and went into my garage and took food from out of the refrigerator. and cooked it and ate it while i was sleeping. They came back the next day and threw the title in the drive way. They starting pissing on the title and saying You'll NEVER HAVE IT, YOU'LL NEVER HAVE IT. They then threw bottles of Crystal, grapes, and crackers at my front door and they drove off and came back again with a car full of Skittles and Beer and began Barbequing in the front of my house.
“This place is a scam. no one ever answers ...”
This place is a scam. no one ever answers the telephone and I had to literally harass them to get the title for my car - after 2 months I finally got it. When I did get the title, there was an odometer discrpancy by 50K miles. Also, I live out of state and was charged sales tax on the vehicle. My state told me they should have never charged me sales tax. I called the Ga DMV and they said no sales tax had been paid to the DOR for the VIN I provided. I am now having to file a report against them with the Sales Tax Compliance Office because they will not answer the phone or discuss the refund of my sales tax. I have to give it to the women that answer the telephone, when they do answer it, they have always been nice, but getting them to answer it is the big thing.
“This Message is for potential future custo...”

“I purchased a car from this hell hole. Th...”
I purchased a car from this hell hole. They drove the car through the auction, I purchased it, went in the parking lot and the car would not start. The interior lights wouldn't even come on. The mechanics had rigged the car to temporarily run, then took off whatever they used to rig it up. They will not refund your money no matter how hard you try. I had to have the car towed and spend money to get it to even work. It failed emissions also which is ILLEGAL. On later inspection, the head gasket was blown, oil was leaking from the seals, and there was a hole in the catalytic converter. This car should have NEVER hit the auction floor. The manager kept making times and dates to meet with me to refund my money, but would never show. The woman working the front desk has absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE skills. There were FOUR more customers in line trying to get their money back as well. One man's car broke down before he even made it over the bridge. He was not refunded his money either. This company is a pure rip off. WARNING!!! DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR HERE, YOU WILL LIVE TO REGRET IT.
“this is what I found about this business o...”
this is what I found about this business on Better Business Bureau's website. No bueno! http://www.bbb.org/atlanta/business-reviews/auto-dealers-used-cars/atlanta-auction-access-in-forest-park-ga-27206975/complaints
“THEY DO SELL DECENT CARS THERE.... PEOPLE ...”
THEY DO SELL DECENT CARS THERE.... PEOPLE COME EXPECTING TO GE A 2012 VEHICLE FOR $1500 AND THEN THEY GET MAD CUZ THEY THEN DECIDE TO BID ON A VEHICLE IN THERE BUDGET BEFORE CHECKING THE VEHICLE OUT COMMON SINCE DO YOU BUY AN OPEN BAG OF OF SOCKS WITH OUT CHECKING TO SEE IF ALL IS ACCOUNTED FOR OR HAS HOLES OR DIRT ON THEM..... NOOOO..... IT IS THE SAME WAY WITH A VEHICLE YOU MUST CHECK THE CAR OUT BEFORE PURCHASING IT. UNDERSTAND THAT IS USUALLY ONLY ONE PERSON IN THE OFFICE AND THATS WHY THE PHONE IS NOT ANSWER EVERY TIME IT RINGS ALSO THAT ONE PERSON IS DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS IN PERSON WHILE THE PHONE IS RINGING. THEY DONT MAIL OUT TITLES DUE TO IT CAN TAKE ALOT LONGER TO GET YOU A TITLE IF LOST AND ALSO PEOPLE CAN SAY THEY NEVER RECEIVED THE TITLE AND LEAD TO OTHER COMPLICATIONS. THATS WHY YOU GO PICK IT UP IN PERSON. THIS IS A USED CAR AUCTION ANYTHING USED IS GONNA NEED SOMETHING COULD BE AS SMALL AS A MIRROR TO AS LARGER AS AN ENGINE JUST KEEP UR EYES OPEN AND THROUROGHLY INSPECT THE VEHICLE BEFORE PURCHASING.
“ I am a 29 year old single parent of 4 chi...”
I am a 29 year old single parent of 4 children. On 02/12/2012 I purchased a 2000 Chrysler LHS at Atlanta Auction in forest park,GA and just as i pulled the car off the lot the motor started to knock real loud. I immediatly walked back in the auction an and the Guy asked " which car did you buy?" I told him he stated " Oh we forgot to tell you that car needs oil!" So I walked to the nearest gas station and got oil purity in the car and it wouldn't even start. I ended up having to call a tow truck to pick my children and I up from along side of the road. He towed the car to my apartment complex and I just let it sit until today 2/15/2012 I didn't have a ride to pick my children up from daycare so I started the car and about 5 feet later the car went up in flames! !!!! Is there some sort of law that I'm protected under? Please help us!!!!!!
“This is from the company our company sells...”
This is from the company our company sells more than 8000 vehicles per year. Our customer service is great , we have repeat customers that buy cars for there family. We Are one of the most successful company's in Atlanta ga. Our competition & jealous used car dealers colleagues post these frivolous reviews to try to slow our company Down & they cannot. We have rules & regulations that we follow but, let me explain how customer oriented we are if a customer buys a $800.00 vehicle & it's apiece of crap & they complain to management about we will hand pick them a new car test drive it make sure that it's running right or refund them there money. No other auction in this state sell cars under a greenlight most sold as is , & the reason is to protect our customers, so if you dont nothing about a car you should not buy one under the red light. The greenlight give you the opportunity to drive it for 30 Min & if the transmission or engine is bad you can get a full refund!!!!! If any of our customers have a complaint incourage you to personally call me pat 678-951-8866 & we will personally make it right we love our customers !!! & we honestly appreciate your business we sell more vehicles in atlanta than any one over 8 years in business & selling 8000 cars a year theres only 6 or seven complaints that's not even .5 percent of our business. I wish all the happy people that bought cars would most there stories. It seems that most problems occur when people buy repoed vehicles under $1000 bucks are the ones that could have a problem with there purchase So for new customers that are not happy with there purchase see Patrick the night of the sale & I will make sure you leave satisfied. Thank you!!!! Atlanta Auction Access in
“Patrick, if you really do this much busine...”
Patrick, if you really do this much business and don't scam anyone... Then why did the state find the following issues. You were lying to customers and selling salvage and stolen vehicles. I work for Atlanta PD and you guys are on our radar for stolen vehicles daily! Can you explain? On June 6, 2011, Atlanta Auction Access, Inc. doing business as Brazer Enterprises and Patrick Brazer, individually entered into an Assurance of Voluntary Compliance with Georgia's Office of Consumer Protection. The Administrator alleges the company has committed the following acts or practices, upon the sale of motor vehicles: A. In their "Odometer Disclosure Statement(s)", failed to disclose the true cumulative mileage registered on vehicles' odometers; B. Represented vehicles as "exempt" from the requirement of disclosure of odometer mileage, when such was not the case; C. Failed to include the following language in each consumer sales contract: "The information you see on the window from (i.e., FTC Buyer's Guide) for this vehicle is part of this contract. Information on the window form overrides any contrary provisions in the contract of sale'; D. Represented that vehicles were available under a "green light" category, when some of them were salvage or rebuilt vehicles; E. Sold non-exempt motor vehicles without valid passing "Certificate(s) of Emissions Inspection'; F. Represented that they sell automobiles to consumers at "wholesale prices"; The company agreed to act in compliance with the Fair Business Practices Act and correct the actions mentioned above. “I give this company a negative three stars...”
I give this company a negative three stars! Peachstate Auto Auction is a far better competitor because there is no entry fee for starters. I paid my ten dollars at AAA and did not like any of the cars they ran but they capitalized by the entry fee. Secondly, their fees are too high in comparison to PSAA. The customer services is terrible (ghetto or hood if i were to describe in ebonics) and the handlers hassle you to bid. The chief reason as to why I will never go to their auction again is because I actually caught one of their representatives bidding on multiple cars just to jack up the price; SCANDALOUS!!!!!!!!
“Wow!!! i buy a car from there it was a 99 ...”
Wow!!! i buy a car from there it was a 99 buick regal never ever had a problem. I brought it under the green light i think? which ave me sometime to take it to some1 to look at. Im from IL and we have autions but they do not allow you to do that at all. It was not hard for me to find any1 to look at it either. I have no family here and it is just me n my kids, but I was able to take it to a shop and they did a quick look under hood and even drove it for me. And was told it was a good car. I also never had a problem with getting my title and my title was from Michigan, but I can agree they do not answer the telephone hardly. I think it is due to the hours. Even though they be open the people rom customer service do not always be there. I think they have set hours, but that did not stop me I just went up there cause they had MY MONEY! As far as customer service I truly believe that is a Georgia thing, because every since I first moved down here I have encounter the worst customer service ever!
“I bought a 95 Lexus GS 300 that my son act...”
I bought a 95 Lexus GS 300 that my son actually purchased. We paid cash and got the car home and it never ran again. They knew that car was a terrible car. I will never buy a car from them again. To make matters worse, I cant get my title from them to get rid of the car. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM
“I got one from them have not drove it yet ...”
I got one from them have not drove it yet will drive off to day so far so good ...........................
“a friend of mine suggested that we purchas...”
a friend of mine suggested that we purchase a car from them and so i agreed, the prices were great and he had no reason to lie to me we've been friends for years and we both had money involved. They kept asking for a control number, which neither one of us knew of. needless to say they scammed us both out of a total of $805. I truly cant believe it, people are crazy and will do anything for some money. its so unfortunate, that this is what things have resulted to, scamming hard working people out of their hard earned money. This is ridiculous. Karma is very real though.
“I just purchased a car from here last week...”
I just purchased a car from here last week. they told me my title's would be in around two weeks. I called monday and the title was already there. nice place. and my car is decent as well because i dont have to worry about car payments. !!!!
“I bought a car from conyers location . Got...”
I bought a car from conyers location . Got my title on time but they filled it out and put wrong date on it. And went to tag office in being charged for the mistakes they made and now no emmission they said it did have. I've been callIng both locations no one answers are returns calls. Now my car is junk it over heated from things I found rigged on it. I pray this place is shut down and peach state takes all their business one. No one use this auction . I too have filed a complaint with city and county business .
“I purchased my car from ther 2 years ago i...”
I purchased my car from ther 2 years ago in 2011. It was a 2002 dodge intrepid which had 113,000 miles on it I paid about 2,000 for it but I have yet to have a major problem it still runs well I'm only changing cars now because I want a suv because my family size has increased. Of course you know as a auction you are putting yourself at risk thats the point of having the red light and the green light cars. DONT GO IN THERE LOOKING FOR A BRAND NEW CAR IN A AUCTION!! they were very helpful when getting my title since my car was from a repossession. I love my car
“Attended the Conyers auction Friday night ...”
Attended the Conyers auction Friday night January 4, 2012. Purchased an old 1997 Eagle, because the owner seemed like a nice man, said he had been driving the car all day, and it looked pretty good for it's age. Saturday morning the battery had to be boost. That evening it was running hot and smoking, purchased antifreeze $12.70. Sunday still running hot purchased antifreeze again $12.70. Tuesday took it to Tireplus repairs $152.68. This was an old car Red Light AS-IS. So far we've spent $2,398.38 on this car. Second time purchasing a car at an auction, at least I was able to drive this one home. Enjoyed the experience, seeing them drive the cars though and being able to bid. Next time I'll take a Mechanic with me.
“I purchased a 2000 Mazda MPV from AAA in F...”
I purchased a 2000 Mazda MPV from AAA in February of 2012, I believe it was the same time the person who's son bid on the Lexus, it was the last van up for auction that day. I knew that buying a vehicle from an auction was risky, my van ran just fine up until someone hit me and my Mazda was totaled. The only major problem I had other than the phone not being answered was that the vehicle had not passed emissions when I went to get the tag. After letting Pat know that he helped me to get that fixed, it did take a few months to fix that but in the mean time I recieved a new temporary tag for my vehicle. I drove my van at least 6 days a week over 200 miles per day everyday that I owned it, for work.People need to understand that buying a vehicle from any auction or as is, is a crap shoot, just because it looks good doesn't mean that it is good, and just because a vehicle is pretty does not mean it will not have problems. No one wanted the green mazda with no handles on the rear doors, not even me as a matter of fact I suffered from buyers remorse right away, but I was 7 months pregnant, needed a van for myself and my soon to be four children in carseats and on a budget so that is what I ended up with, and it turned out that after I got behind the wheel and saw what my baby could do I loved her. I will be back within the next few weeks to buy another van and take that risk again.
“I'm grateful that "colorless" people give ...”
I'm grateful that "colorless" people give horrible reviews on here because them crying and pouting...like they do about most things....keeps all of their rich car dealers from coming from up north and purchasing all of the good cars. Because there are ordinary hard working people there to purchase very good cars come through. I am reading the reviews and seeing all of these lies people are telling. I wont rebute the stories about the titles...could be true. But the rest of you are just cry babies. I went to this auction not long ago...went out in the car yard and found the car I really liked. Waited for it to come through the auction. And guess what....I brought it. You cant go to an auction with $100 wanting a $50 car...it doesn't work like that. Its like any other auction and the auctioneer is very funny and quite entertaining.
“I don't understand why people think they c...”
I don't understand why people think they can pay less than $2000 and get a perfect car. Me and my wife purchased a 2004 Mercury Sable from these guys and I never had any issues with the car and please people, stop with the title thing will you, they clearly tell you to come and get your title in person. You people see a car for cheap and bid on it and expect it to run perfectly. My advice to you people is know what car you are going to get before you bid. They give you plenty of time before the auction start to crank the cars, raise the hood, and pretty much check the whole car out. I will advice you to checkout what you are purchasing and please have at least $3500-$5000 if you want a decent car, because anything less will get you a lemon. Don't be cheap spend some money!!!
“I purchase a 2002 VW Passat on 02/12/12 f...”
I purchase a 2002 VW Passat on 02/12/12 for 2800.00 dollars. When i left off the lots the car need antifreeze and oil its started to smokes. The next day the my check engine light came on and my car could not start. I was not able to pass inspection for my emission test. It was a piece of junk. I had to put on new tires, new catalytic converter, a new battery, brakes and brake pads, lights. The inside of the car smell so bad. The air condition and heat did work needed i had to fix everything. I was so disappointed that i waste my hard earn money. It should be against the law for these people to be in business and taking advantage against taxpayers. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE YOU WILL BE SORRY.I did get my title on time but i regrets this purchase.
“The people that wrote good reviews knows s...”
The people that wrote good reviews knows some one that works there, works there or just have some kind of stake in the company. This place definitely scams people. I didn't go there for a 2013 for 100 dollars I spent 4500 on a 2004 and it still was NO GOOD! To make a long story short when I went to get my tag and title I was told that my car was not clear to be sold. The previous owner owes money to Gwinnett County and until he pays I wont be receiving anything for this car. So can someone explain this.? Since its such a great place to buy cars
“I thought I would throw my 2 cents in. Sev...”
I thought I would throw my 2 cents in. Several have touched on the fact you must check out a vehicle BEFORE you buy. No used car will ever be perfect. I have bought 2 vehicles from this company over the last 4 years. The first one is still running and is one of the best cars I've ever owned. If you are not mechanically minded, take someone with you. If not, used car auctions may not be your thing.
“PLEASE PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!...”
PLEASE PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!! IF I HAD READ THESE REVIEWS, I WOULD NEVER FIND MYSELF IN THIS MESS. I BOUGHT A NISSAN ALTIMA FROM THEM RECENTLY AND I SPECIFICALLY ASKED THEM IF THE VEHICLE HAD A CLEAN TITLE, THE GUYS SAID YES THAT THEY ALL HAVE CLEAN TITLE. A MONTH LATER, I RECEIVED THE TITLE FROM DMV AND IT WAS A REBUILT. WITH A REBUILT TITLE THE CAR DOES NOT WORTH THE MONEY I PAID FOR IT NEITHER THE EXTRA I PAID TO FIX IT. THE MANAGER WAS VERY UN-PROFESSIONAL AND HIS EXACT WORD WAS "TAKE IT TO COURT, I AM USED TO GOING TO COURT"
“Anyone who has a complaint against them co...”
Anyone who has a complaint against them concerning car not passing emission. needs to contact the Georgia Clean Air Force and the Environmental Protection Division. They have been selling cars illegal. Some emissions has been illegal as well as the mileage on most vehicles. They repair those cars without them being inspected legally through a certified mechanic. Please contact the GCAF and EPD regarding them. They have been fined before regarding them selling vehicles without a legal emission. The owner did admit on tape to a lady that he does. It was not directly it was indirectly. We need to bring justice against Patrick Brazer and Patrick Incorporation. Send me an email if you have had any problems regarding Atlanta Auction Access.
“It's seems like peach state is writing all...”
It's seems like peach state is writing all the reviews. Loganville auto auction is known for bad cars. Really you don't see any other auction name being mentioned .hmm strange
“I bought a car on Aug 9,2013 they told me ...”
I bought a car on Aug 9,2013 they told me to come back in 2 weeks to get my title i called and the guy said it was there when i got out there it was not there he said i had to pay the state taxes on it to get the application process started i had to give him then $468.00 for the taxes i had already paid 2,300 for the car but after the fees they charged me a $2,796.00 for the Nissan Altima plus the $468.00 which put the total over $32,000.They do answer the phone in Conyers sometime and tell a bunch of lies i am in the process of taking action on these people about this auction. They have us BLACKS being the fools out there being clowns and putting their lives on the line every week. The car FAILED emissions and the Georgia Clean Air lady stated to me they CAN NOT SELL A CAR IN GEORGIA WITHOUT A PASSING EMISSION which is ILLEGAL too.I have not received my title as of yet i will be taking further action and they will see me in person soon about this matter. This was my first time at this auction i had not read the reviews cause my cousin told me it was a good auction so i trusted her word, come to find out its far from good,it is in my eyes a SCAM just like others ha stated, the BBB even gives them a F FAILING score.DO NOT SPEND A DIME WITH THIS PEOPLE and to my surprise this auction in Conyers IS THE SAME EXACT PEOPLE RUNNING THE ONE IN FORREST PARK,I found this out too stay away from the one in CONYERS and FORREST PARK BECAUSE THESE ARE THE SAME CROOKED PEOPLE,I WILL NEVER GO BACK OR ADVISE ANYONELSE TO GO EVER,EVER,NEVER!!!!STAY AWAY OR YOU WILL BE SORRY!MY NEXT STEP IS TO FILE everything possible on these people, cause it is a shame that they can stay in business scamming people and telling lies to gain money from hardworking citizens its so sad but its so REAL.THESE ARE CROOKS FIRST HAND,TRUST AND BELIEVE THIS REVIEW!!!!
