“If this site would let me, I would give it z...”
If this site would let me, I would give it zero stars. Do not send your loved one to Frontier Health & Rehabilitation in St. Charles MO!! Staff is belligerent to residents and visitors. They use also use intimidation and threats; staff does not respond to help alarms in a timely manner, sometimes taking up to an hour; refuse residents request for medical treatment, including request for an ambulance during an emergency situation; prescribe medications without patients input and consent and pressure patients to take them, including non-prescribed psych drugs like Zanax; facility is not clean and is old and worn; it is an unhappy, dreary place; staff are sometimes missing off the floor and can't be located: patient statements of severe pain and illness are not taking seriously. They seem much more interested in their bottom line than they do about the care and welfare of their patients.
